What is the move-in process, and what do I need to bring?

On move-in day, if the Lease Agreement and Welcome Letter have been signed and move-in payments have been made, residents should bring their PECO account number for gas service and proof of renter’s insurance if using their own compliant policy. Upon arrival, the team will walk residents through the Inventory and Condition Form and escort them to their new home.

What is the move-out notice requirement and process?

Residents who intend to move out at the end of their lease must provide written notice at least 60 days in advance, or 30 days if they are on a month-to-month arrangement or intend to transfer to a different apartment in the same community. Early lease termination still requires 60 days’ notice and includes an early termination fee equal to two times the base rental rate.
