At Springhouse at Brandywine, our goal is to provide clear, straightforward information about everything you need to know—from leasing details and community amenities to policies and everyday living.   •  On the day of the move-in, if the Lease Agreement and Welcome Letter have been signed and move-in payments have been made, you will need to bring your PECO account number for your gas service and proof of renter's insurance if you decide to use your own compliant policy. Upon arrival, we will walk you through the Inventory and Condition Form and walk you over to your new home. 

  • If you intend to move out at the end of your lease, we require written notice a minimum of 60 days in advance, or 30 days if you are on a month-to-month arrangement or intend to transfer to a different apartment in the same community. If you wish to break your lease early, we still require 60 days' notice, however there will be an early termination fee equal to 2x the base rental rate. ‍   ‍

  • After the lease agreement is signed, future residents will receive access to their resident portal to make payments, submit maintenance requests, or contact the leasing office with any questions.
